Physika provides analytics for data from machines, buildings and vehicles. For questions about this notice or your data, write to info@physika.tech.
Visiting this website
We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify or track individual visitors. We see totals such as page views, referring sites and countries. No cookie banner is needed because nothing is stored on your device for analytics.
When you email us
We use your name, email address and what you write to answer you and arrange a demo. We keep the conversation as long as it is useful for that, and delete it when you ask us to.
Using the Physika service
Organizations that use Physika upload or send readings from their equipment. Each organization's data is kept separate from every other organization's. We process it to provide the service the organization signed up for, and only on its instructions.
Where data is processed
The service runs in the EU: the application and database in Frankfurt, file storage in Stockholm, and sign-in on an EU identity tenant. Our providers are Render (hosting), Neon (database), Amazon Web Services (file storage), Auth0 (sign-in), Cloudflare (domain names, email forwarding and website analytics) and Google (the mailbox our email is forwarded to).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and complain to your data protection authority (in Sweden, IMY). Write to info@physika.tech.
